There's probably some work to be done. How does your fence look? Does it need a fresh coat of paint or repairs? Does the gate open and close smoothly? Is there grass and weeds growing along your fence row? What about hedge rows? Do they need trimming? Are there weeds or trees growing up through them? Does your sidewalk and driveway need edging? If you don't have time to get it all done, hire it done. It will pay off in the speed you sell and in sale price of your home.
