Whether it's the first or 15th house you've toured, when you find the one that fits all your must have needs and many of your wants, it's time to make an offer. Your buyer’s agent (that's me) can advise you on what would be a good starting offer and help you get the most for your money. It's no good to submit a low-ball offer because your offer will simply be dismissed and you'll not be considered a serious buyer. Make a fair offer, put in writing all your expectations, give them a deadline to respond and wait for an answer. Sellers will either accept your offer, make a counteroffer, or reject your offer outright. #HomeBuyingTips #RealEstateAdvice #HouseHunting #HomeBuying101 #PropertyOffers #RealEstateFAQs
